Platform Use Guidelines

• LOWBID.eu does NOT sell or buy goods directly. We provide a facilitated marketplace for users to connect and trade.
• Sellers are fully responsible for the items they list, including their quality, safety, and lawfulness. LOWBID does not verify or guarantee the authenticity of listings.
• Buyers automatically enter into a binding purchase agreement ("Contract of Sale") when they place the highest bid. If a reserve price is set and not met, no contract is formed.
• Breaking a contract of sale may result in a permanent ban from the platform.

User Verification & Fees

To maintain a safe and trusted marketplace, LOWBID.eu requires all users to complete a one-time verification process for £4.99.

• This verification fee is non-refundable and ensures that all users are legitimate buyers and sellers.
• Once verified, sellers can list and sell items without any transaction fees.

Auction Rules

To ensure smooth and fair auctions, users must comply with the following rules:

• All bids are binding. Any bid placed from your account is considered final, even if placed by another party using your account.
• No fake bidding. Users are prohibited from bidding on their own items or arranging bids with associates.
• No external deals. Users cannot contact others to complete a sale outside of LOWBID.
• Auction extensions. If a bid is placed within the last minute of an auction, an additional one minute is added unless the sniping feature is disabled.

LOWBID reserves the right to:

• Block users from bidding. We may temporarily or permanently restrict bidding privileges.
• Remove bids. We may remove bids if we detect fraud or mistakes.
• Remove items. If an item is removed from an auction, all bids will be canceled, and any verification fees paid by bidders will be refunded.

Termination & Suspension of Accounts

Users can terminate their accounts at any time. However, LOWBID reserves the right to refuse account deletion if:

• The user has pending transactions or unresolved disputes.
• A seller has outstanding payment or delivery obligations.

We may suspend or permanently terminate an account if:

• The user violates our Terms of Use.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant behavior is detected.
• The user engages in external transactions that bypass the platform.

LOWBID also reserves the right to:

• Withhold or offset funds in case of disputes.
• Suspend services for users suspected of violating marketplace policies.
