If you're an EU seller shipping an object from one EU country to another, you do not need a customs form. The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not including the Canary Islands) and Sweden. You will need to fill out a customs form if you’re an EU seller sending a item to a country outside the EU or to one of the EU territories with a special tax regime, including: Channel Islands – Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Sark, Andorra, Canary Islands, Gibraltar, San Marino and Vatican City State.

As a seller you are entitled to pay the customs charge and include that amount in your description for delivery charges.

Buyer should not pay any customs charges when he receive the parcel.
