Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the seller directly.
• If the seller declines your cancellation request, you are required to complete the purchase within one hour of winning the auction.

Purchase Obligations

• Failure to complete the payment will result in a permanent account ban, including IP address blocking, preventing further access to our website.
• Any duplicate accounts associated with your IP will also be permanently deleted.

Auction Relisting & Refunds

• If an unpaid order is canceled, all associated charges will be refunded to other bidders, and the item will be relisted for auction.

Returns Policy

• If the seller accepts returns, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Tracking is mandatory when returning an item.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return only if:
 The item does not match the description provided by the seller.
 There is another valid reason related to the item's condition.

Clear photos of the item
Any supporting evidence collected at the time of delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Pick-Up Returns & Seller Conduct

• Returns for pickup orders are strictly prohibited (unless the seller agrees), as you have the opportunity to inspect the item at the pickup location.
• Harassment or offensive language directed at sellers will not be tolerated and may result in a police report.
