Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the seller directly.
- If the seller declines your cancellation request, you are required to complete the purchase within one hour of winning the auction.
Purchase Obligations
- Failure to complete the payment will result in a permanent account ban, including IP address blocking, preventing further access to our website.
- Any duplicate accounts associated with your IP will also be permanently deleted.
Auction Relisting & Refunds
- If an unpaid order is canceled, all associated charges will be refunded to other bidders, and the item will be relisted for auction.
Returns Policy
- If the seller accepts returns, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Tracking is mandatory when returning an item.

Pick-Up Returns & Seller Conduct
- Returns for pickup orders are strictly prohibited (unless the seller agrees), as you have the opportunity to inspect the item at the pickup location.
- Harassment or offensive language directed at sellers will not be tolerated and may result in a police report.
